Certified Medication Aide Program
Requirements to Sign Up:
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid state-issued ID and Social Security card.
• Diploma or GED.
• Listed as active on the STNA registry.
• Pass an FBI/BCI background check
 
Additional Requirements (Due by the 1st day of class ):
• Obtain an FBI/BCI background check.
• We will discuss how to get background check on orientation
 
Class Details:
• Dates: May 13th -July 3rd
• Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays
• Time: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Clinical Dates:
o May 22nd & June 12th
o Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
 
Upon completing the program, students will be eligible to sit for the Certified Medication Aide
State Exam via the Board of Nursing.
 
Tuition & Fees:
• Total Cost: $1,000
• Registration Fee: $120 (non-refundable, required to hold your seat).
• Payment Plan: $110 due every Thursday, totaling $1,000.
• Option to pay in full is available.

Registration Process:
1. Upon registering, you will receive a Welcome Letter with orientation details.
o Note: Orientation attendance is required to start class.
2. If you do not receive your Welcome Letter after registering, please contact us
